PLEASE order a total freeze on rents, mortgages, car payments and utilities for the duration of this pandemic. Your citizens need your help. Many of us are one income households and some, like myself are dealing with major medical issues(I have breast cancer). PLEASE make the freeze happen asap and prevent bill collectors, landlords and mortgage companies from giving us a WATERFALL of back payments when the pandemic is over. PLEASE follow the lead of the Kentucky governor and help your citizens.
